  3. Third-party failures (power, network, etc.)

SLA credits or remedies, where applicable, will be limited as specified in the individual service agreement.

  1. All services are billed as per agreed pricing plans
  2. Invoices are issued monthly, quarterly, or annually, based on the contract
  3. Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension
  4. Taxes and government levies will be charged as applicable
